THE WORST PLACE IN BRADENTON TO TAKE YOUR CAR TO GET FIXED USA Transmission is a terrible place to get service. About a year ago, the owner scammed me with a faulty transmission that I paid almost $6,000 for. I have a Nissan Sentra, and the transmission went out on me. I went there to get a new transmission, but the owner put a faulty transmission in my car. A week later, while I was driving to work, the transmission gave up in the middle of a traffic light, leaving me stuck. I went back to him because I had a warranty, and he installed another faulty transmission. After a month, that transmission went out as well. I returned for the third time, and he put in another faulty transmission. I then took my car to the Nissan service department for a full diagnostic. The only problem they identified was the transmission—nothing else. I took it back to USA Transmission for the fourth time, and after they replaced the transmission again, two days later, it failed once more. Additionally, my car has another problem that will cost $4,000. So, yes, I do not trust them.So I was stuck with a bad transmission, and also my car magically had a big problem that would cost me $4,000 on top of my bad transmission. After 2 days, I paid Nissan $200, and they told me the only thing wrong with my car was the transmission, nothing else. Two days later, I took it back to them. The cost stayed with them for at least a week and a half, and my car magically had a big problem for a full $4,000. So when you do the math, you know what happened to my car. So no, I do not trust that place; it's ripping people off. They put me through hell.I forgot to mention all six different times he took my car to replace a faulty transmission and he didn't provide me with transportation. I have to pay for Uber to go to work and grocery shopping. I lost a lot of money because of him, and this company is lying to people about everything. second of all the car not drivable since the 4th or fifth transmission and plus the $4,000 problem it was a total loss at my END.... It took me a while to write that Google review That's how upset
Unfortunately we did NOT build this transmission as we do not build CVT transmissions. We purchase factory remans and the customer was aware of this upfront. This vehicle takes a CVT transmission and it was replaced with the same remanufactured transmission. We did NOT put faulty transmissions in the vehicle on purpose as it costs us money to do this over and over. Yes we had several issues (3) with the reman transmission NOT 6! When there is an issue we are at the mercy of waiting on a replacement transmission. I do understand her being upset but again we DID NOT build this CVT transmission and there are many issues with this particular transmission. We are at the mercy of the supplier of the transmission. As far as you now needing $4000 worth of work has nothing to do with the work we did. This vehicle has not been seen here for almost 1 year. We do not appreciate the insinuation that we sabatoged your vehicle to cause $4000 worth of damage on purpose, ALMOST ONE YEAR LATER. We did not magically create a $4000 repair that would take 1 year to manifest.
