2007 Honda Accord / 127k miles. Great troubleshooting and repairing brake issues by USAT. Had brake service performed at another shop who not only couldn't repair the rear brakes, they actually made the situation worse (and dangerous). And that shop returned the car to us after a week and said they couldn't do anything else to remedy their shortcomings. Took the car to a second shop which bled the brakes and said there was air in the lines and said it was now fine. NOT! After a referral, we took the car to USAT who kept the car for two days, conducted a thorough investigation into the matter and discovered the issues which were exacerbated by two brand new defective parts installed by the first shop as well as poor workmanship. And the USAT tech took the time afterward to explain everything they performed and why. USAT now has a satisfied and dedicated customer!! Great work overall USAT Team!
