The owner and his wife are very down to earth people, very likeable. As a contractor I can tell you that the measure of a business is not only the experience when things go well, but even more so how you are treated when there is a problem. USA transmission has stood by their work even though I had a minor problem, they have earned my trust and respect as well as my business. They are an honest establishment who treats their customers right. They are also fair in their work because I had a couple smaller jobs that needed to be done during my transmission rebuild and didn't charge me full price for those smaller jobs because half the work was already done with the transmission out of the vehicle.
