The owner and his wife are very down to earth people, very likeable. As a contractor I can tell you that the measure of a business is not only the experience when things go well, but even more so how you are treated when there is a problem. USA transmission has stood by their work even though I had a minor problem, they have earned my trust and respect as well as my business. They are an honest establishment who treats their customers right. They are also fair in their work because I had a couple smaller jobs that needed to be done during my transmission rebuild and didn't charge me full price for those smaller jobs because half the work was already done with the transmission out of the vehicle. If you want to go to an automotive shop with nice folks that you can trust to do a good job, be fair and stand behind their work, take your vehicle to USA transmission. Thanks Dan.

Bought a used car from Dan and the experience was nothing but pleasant, positive, and worry free! The vehicle was clearly in great shape and mechanically sound as advertised on Craigslist. Car runs like a top! I can't express enough how great Dan and Kim are with running their family owned business. They are honest and upfront, prices are fair, and exemplify great customer service and are always accommodating! We were in Roadtrip from Quebec when we had a problem and our daughter had just been sick when they received us. Daniel, Kim and all the team they put on our van did an amazing job. Always smiling, courteous, respectful, humane... We felt confident, served as people and not as a number. In addition, the bill we paid at the end was similar to the estimate that was originally made. You can have a blind trust in this business. I highly recommend!!!
