Very responsive customer service Dan and Kim have continued to follow up to check in on the status of the refurbished transmission installed in my truck, which is currently running great after being installed a year ago. They've been extremely efficient and accommodating with any further maintenance.

Kim made an appointment available the next day to look a major transmission shudders. Dan's team flushed, added fresh fluid, and a chemical designed to fight and hopefully eliminate the shudder. The shudder diminished steadily over a week. Old 2015 Sonic has new life. I'm hoping for another 10000 miles. I'm happy to recommend their service!

They have been great to work with. They tell you what the issues and you don't get a surprise when you pick up your vehicle.
