Everyone I spoke to was professional and helpful, I had a big job for on the car but it was handled and done in a very reasonable amount of time. Price was fair and very happy with the work done.

Took my car in for inspection of possible damage from a curb. Car was put on lift and was thoroughly inspected and then driven to be sure there were no problems. The inspection was reviewed and explained in a courteous professional manner and no damage was found. Then I was told there would be no charge! Awesome customer care that is so very rare these days! I will be back for all of my car care needs . Highly recommended!

Had transmission replaced in a 2015 Nissan Rogue. The vehicle only had 110,000 miles on it but Nissan is notorious for their CVT transmissions failing. Luckily when I purchased the vehicle I purchased a service contract as well. The transmission was covered under the service contract, however, the service contract provider was only going to pay for a used transmission installed ( it's in the print of the service contract). Dan from USA Transmissions did not recommend this but left the decision up to me. Dan researched his suppliers for a Remanufactured transmission with a 3 year 100,000 miles warranty.I decided to install the remanufactured transmission with the extended warranty at additional cost above what the service contract provided. Dan handled all the paperwork and phone calls with the service contract company. The repair was seemless on my end. I would highly recommend USA Transmission for automotive repair. I have been driving the vehicle about a month and everything is operating excellent.

Good honest mechanics and car repair shops are becoming harder and harder to find and this shop is like a breath of fresh air. I brought in my '20 Kia Stinger GT for a tire balance issue that was caused by needing tires. The previous place I took it to-which shall remain unmentioned charged me $60 for a tire balance that did not correct the issue. They should not have even balanced the tires if they knew that was not the issue. Long story short I felt it was time to search for a new car repair shop and was so fortunate to have found USA Transmissions. Came in on a Monday morning and Dan was polite, responsive and went ahead and ordered the tires (Michelin Pilot Sport 4S) I needed right away. His shop took care of the alignment issue, and was kind enough to tell me that I needed brakes and rotors--- (48,000 miles) is pretty good for the original set. He was able to go ahead and cover that as well--so that my car is now driving like new again. I would highly recommend this shop to any family or friends who are looking for a mechanic that will go above and beyond to take care of you. The prices are quite reasonable as well!
