Everyone I spoke to was professional and helpful, I had a big job for on the car but it was handled and done in a very reasonable amount of time. Price was fair and very happy with the work done.

Took my car in for inspection of possible damage from a curb. Car was put on lift and was thoroughly inspected and then driven to be sure there were no problems. The inspection was reviewed and explained in a courteous professional manner and no damage was found. Then I was told there would be no charge! Awesome customer care that is so very rare these days! I will be back for all of my car care needs . Highly recommended!

Had transmission replaced in a 2015 Nissan Rogue. The vehicle only had 110,000 miles on it but Nissan is notorious for their CVT transmissions failing. Luckily when I purchased the vehicle I purchased a service contract as well. The transmission was covered under the service contract, however, the service contract provider was only going to pay for a used transmission installed ( it's in the print of the service contract). Dan from USA Transmissions did not recommend this but left the decision up to me. Dan researched his suppliers for a Remanufactured transmission with a 3 year 100,000 miles warranty.I decided to install the remanufactured transmission with the extended warranty at additional cost above what the service contract provided. Dan handled all the paperwork and phone calls with the service contract company. The repair was seemless on my end. I would highly recommend USA Transmission for automotive repair. I have been driving the vehicle about a month and everything is operating excellent.
